The challenge
Contractors lose jobs when they reply slowly or spend hours on calls with homeowners who are not a good fit. They needed a way to capture project details and qualify leads automatically, at any hour.
What we built
- An AI intake agent where homeowners describe their project by video or chat. Audio is extracted and transcribed, then OpenAI and Claude classify the project type, scope and category and ask smart follow-up questions.
- Separate summaries for the homeowner and the contractor team, plus an engagement quality score for each lead.
- SMS agents (Twilio) that collect contact details and address, create the lead and help book appointments.
- AI follow-up nudges with quiet hours, daily limits, message variants and validation checks.
- Integrations with Jobber, JobTread, CompanyCam, Pipedrive, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Angi and calendar booking, plus Stripe subscriptions and analytics dashboards.
The result
Contractors receive leads that arrive already described, categorised and summarised, and agents keep the conversation going around the clock.
